Rowdies Memorabilia - Oscar Fabbiani Sportscaster Card

Oscar Fabbiani's Sportscaster cards were issued from 1977 to 1980 in the USA in 91 series of 24 covering a wide number of sports. Measuring 4.75 x 6.5 inches in size, these cards featured some of the best photography and were of the highest quality at the time of issue. Most of the card series were issued in more than one printing, with a letter designation noting the later printing, several hundred cards in the 2184 card set were updated with new records, an athlete's career development ect in these later printings on the back, a number of series were changed to denote a change in the copyright line being changed from Editions Rencontre S.A. Lausanne, Lausanne to Edito-Services S. A. Geneva. Many of the printings are much more scarce, additionally, cards issued in series 56 and above are progressively more scarce, as fewer people subscribed to receive these cards. The number noted in the title will have a letter if the card is in a later printing.
