These two sets are almost identical, these sets were obtained by asking an on duty policeman, for a card, you would not know what card you were getting. The 1980 cards, can be determind by the organizations that appear on the backs, these cards contain the name "Exchange Club of Tampa" as a sponsor. The 1981 set is identical, but does not carry the "Exhange Club......", just the "Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Law Enforcement Council". Each set consists of 32 cards.

The 1982 cards has proved a hard set to come by, the format was very similar, again 32 cards. This time the backs carry the "Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Community Security Council" sponsorship.
