These were given away by the Local Law Enforcement Agencies of Tampa, here are the cards that I have managed to collect over the years. I don't have the full set, infact there are two sets, Iam not 100% sure, but I think one is from 1980 and the other is from 1981. They came with two tips on the back of the cards, one was a soccer "kids tip" and the other the was a "kops tip".
