Warren Anthony Neill was born 21st November, 1962 in Acton, England. He made his QPR debut against Chelsea in 1980 and went on to play 181 league games scoring 3 goals. He played in the FA Cup Final replay in 1982, was part of the Second Division Championship team in 1983 and a member of the 1986 Milk Cup final team. In 1986 he was part of the QPR squad to play under the name of the Rowdies in the "Coca-Cola Classic International Soccer Series" in Tampa.
He transferred to Portsmouth in 1988, where he would go onto make a total of 218 appearances and scoring 3 goals, before leving them in 1991. He would make 1 appearance for Watford in 1991.
After his playing career, he was invited onto the QPR coaching staff by manager John Gregory towards the end of the 2006-07 season on a temporary basis, making the deal permanent in June 2007.
On 16th January 2008, Warren Neill joined Luton Town as assistant to Mick Harford.
On 27th November, 2008, Warren was released of his duties.
