Luis Papandrea was born 8th August, 1952 in Argentina, he came to the Rowdies on trial before the 1978 season, a central defender from Argentina, who played for Ferrocarril Oeste and Racing, both in Buenos Aires. Made 13 starts and 2 substitute appearances.After his playing career, he joined the coaching staff at Ferrocarril Oeste.
