Was bought from the New Jersey Brewers of the ASL in July 1975.
Played in the 1974 World Cup for Haiti, at the age of 22. Was known for his aggressive tackling.
In 1980, he made the move to bitter rivals the Ft. Lauderdale Strikers, but returned to play in 1985 for the one-off game against the USA World Cup Team. But, signed on for the 1986/87 AISA season.
Sadly Arsene passed away of a heart attack, whilst mowing his lawn, in April of 1993.
