1986 Rowdies

In 1986, Queens Park Rangers were invited to play under the Rowdies name, in the "Coca-Cola Classic International Soccer Series".

QPR would represent the Rowdies, Glentoran - Ireland, Dundee - Scotland, Team Canada and the NASL All-Stars - USA, coached by Pele. The games were played at Tampa Stadium.

The Rowdies were made up of the QPR players with Winston DuBose, Steve Wegerle, Roy Wegerle, Dave Power and Arnie Mausser guesting.
